As well as an opportunity to meet other local mums-to-be, pregnancy yoga is designed to support you both physically and mentally throughout your special journey.
These classes focus on relaxation, breathing, adapted yoga poses, pelvic floor exercises and movements that are safe during pregnancy.
Come to connect with your baby bump, improve sleep, ease aches and pains, increase strength and flexibility, and feel more prepared for birth, labour and beyond.
Suitable after 12 weeks with no previous yoga experience needed.
